Pink Ruffles and Sequins

Pants: GAP, Shirt and Cardigan: Old Navy, Belt: Thrifted

The look can be transformed with a simple skinny black belt

Love the glitter detail on the cardigan

Cardigans with glitter on it are so pretty. They are so festive like you can throw them on when going to a party or wear it out to a special dinner out. I put this look together inspired from cute Corrine - this is the way she wore it at the Lookbook.

I am a good copycat. I am craving getting some navy and mustard tights today. I am also linking up at the Pleated Poppy.

Outtakes

Give me camera, MR. Tripod I can do much better!

Nap Time - you like the outfit though right?

Trying to peek at the neighbours with eyes closed- except I cant open the blinds

How can one possibly smile with strong winds?

Don't ask! 40% of my shots are like this.

I can talk and walk at the same time!

Awe Mr. Fiancee looks so cute!

I have a stomach ache - can you tell>?

I am tired and please dont take my picture right now.

Laughing but not really?!

Let me explain the shot!

I hope you enjoyed outtakes - like I did! In such busy lives, who doesnt need some humour here and there?

Your welcome! Have an awesome thanksgiving weekend!

Bridal Show Coverage - PT.2

This post is picture-intensive. After all, I am showing you why I went gaga (so tempting to buy expensive services) at the bridal show last weekend. I took so many pictures that I had to divide this post up. I have decided to do a peacock themed wedding. I mean look at the photo below - I am just in love with all the colors. Anyways, I will let the photos do the talking now......Enjoy!

How simple and elegant is this food menu?

teal and black looked great together - unexpected combo!

I am in love with this colorful bouquet!

Love the back design of this dress

Loved this one on the ramp

we can set this up where we will be exchaging our vows - just switch pink with teal/blue
and we are good to go!

A pretty headpiece

head table decor - Switch marron with teal/blue

Loved the way it was sinched to the side and had ruffles-WOW! - it looked so good on her!

Lace is so romantic and lightweight - how beautiful eh?

Style #2 I liked - One-Shoulder dress

Peacock inspired bridesmaid dress! so different and unique than everything we saw on the ramp!

Hope you enjoyed the coverage! I have few trunk shows (for bridal dresses) to attend in the next little while. I will OFCOURSE do coverage for them too and you guys can help me make my mind. My readers really are the best! =) Thank you to each ONE of you!!

Mr. Fiancee's mom enrolled him and I for a 1.5 day for marriage preperation classes from the church. How thoughtful of her?! I am SO looking forward to what they will teach us or we get to learn more things about each other. We have known each other for 7 years now, but I am sure this session will help us to be a better couple in future.

Have you attended any bridal shows? What did you like the best in coverage? Any thoughts!?

To Keep or Not to Keep?

Shirt: Old NAVY, Scraf: F21, Jacket: H&M, Pants: BR, Purse: Sears

The reason I took front and back pictures of this blazer is because I need help of yours. I got this H&M blazer recenlty and now I don't know if I want to keep it or not. The tag is still on and I got 30 days to return it.

Let me run thru smoe pros and cons with you: Pros: Plaid (so 70's trend), its wool blend so will keep me warm in office, love the bottom cut of it, has elbow patches, suede collar. Cons: Bec it is wool blend, it itches my skin around the neck, cost is $40 (keep in mind I am used to $5 blazers - from thrift stores).

So I dont know. What do you say - Keep or Return?

Men's Clothing Inspiration

Jeans, Belt & Vest: Thrifted, Shirt: H&M, Necklace: Ricki's (old), Heels: ALDO

I quite like how this look turned out, actually! Today at work I had an off-site meeting where I could wear business casual. This was such a comfortable outfit. Red belt as in the pop of color was so necessary. I wore my flared jeans with some heels and tried to balance out rest of the body with some tight fitted tunic with a grey vest and long necklaces.

Sounds simple and you can do it too. How? by getting inspired. came across this photo! and thought if he can pull it off, so can I.

Feminine meets Edgy

Pants: GAP, Scarf: Costablanca, Sweater: Thrifted, Military Jacket: Urban Behavior

Military jackets are so versatile!

I feel like a dressed up valentine in this outfit (uuuum Nav, Valentine's day is in 4 months!?). Thats the thought that crossed my mind when i spotted this beauty pink sweater screaming my name at the local thrift store. Mind you I went there to hunt for red skinnies, instead I came home with a valentine comfy comfy (wool and cashmere blend!). I am such a planner, aren't I? now, dont be surprised if i repeat this same outfit on valentine's day!

I just kept it pretty neutral elsewhere with a military jacket- although i think this outfit for me is feminine meets edgy cross breed type of outfit. (as if outfits breed?!).
